The project brings together partners from Mozambique, Portugal, and Argentina and aims to contribute to greater productivity in an area with considerable potential for expansion, such as beekeeping and honey production. The sustainable development of this activity will play a significant role in the progress of rural areas and economic growth, directly impacting the well-being of communities as it fosters the preservation of forests and biodiversity.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
To strengthen sustainable value chains based on high-value bee products from conservation areas, generating income for communities that depend on natural resources and, at the same time, encouraging the continued protection of the ecosystems that support these products.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
To promote the sustainable production of high-quality honey.

To define strategies that reconcile the increased competitiveness of honey production with sustainable production and the preservation of ecosystems.

Promoting product certification, enabling greater commercialization and increasing market value.
